Commercial Construction Superintendent - Tulsa

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Oversee daily construction operations, including scheduling, inspections, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address issues and resolve challenges promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily reports, and change orders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Foster strong communication and teamwork among all parties involved in the project.
