Job Description

The Drywall Foreman will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising crews of journeymen and carpenters on active commercial job sites
  • Acting as the front-line field leader, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
  • Coordinating daily activities with Superintendents and Project Managers
  • Overseeing drywall and framing scopes, ensuring work aligns with drawings and schedules
  • Tracking progress, resolving field issues, and supporting schedule commitments
  • Utilizing Procore and Bluebeam for documentation, drawings, and communication
  • Maintaining a strong safety culture and upholding site compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Drywall Foreman should have:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong drywall and framing experience
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage field crews effectively
  • Comfortability working closely with project management teams
  • Experience using Procore and Bluebeam
  • Willingness to work across DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland project sites
