• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify cost factors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Assist in creating project budgets and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and update estimates as project requirements evolve.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during the estimation process.
• Provide support during bid presentations and negotiations with clients.
