We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan to oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out projects throughout Manhattan. This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

As a Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan you will

      • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects.
      • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain project schedules.
      • Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and NYC regulations.
      • Conduct subcontractor meetings and monitor quality control throughout construction.
      • Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain budgets.
      • Oversee inspections, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities.
      • Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan should have:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial interior construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and occupied-space renovations.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive project schedules.
    • Familiarity with NYC construction practices, building requirements, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • OSHA certification preferred.
