Commercial Interiors Assistant Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

• Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Support in maintaining quality control standards and conducting inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate project progress and updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Assist in managing project budgets and tracking material and labor costs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including daily logs and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
