Job Description

  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, design, and field operations
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance
  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Drive problem-solving and decision-making throughout project lifecycle
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience with tenant interior or commercial fit-out projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
