Commercial Interiors Superintendent - New York, New York

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure construction accuracy.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
