Commercial Junior Estimator

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the property sector.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and proposals.
• Support the development of bid packages and proposals for submission to clients.
• Contribute to project risk assessments and cost optimization strategies.
• Maintain and update the company's database of costs and pricing information.
• Provide regular updates to senior estimators and project managers on estimation progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimation activities.
