Commercial Junior Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

• Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Identify and address potential risks or obstacles to project progress.
• Support senior project managers in decision-making and strategy development.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
