They are seeking a motivated Project Manager who wants to grow alongside the business and take ownership of exciting commercial construction projectsJob DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will:Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams from preconstruction through closeoutManage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsUnderstand, negotiate, and administer contracts and subcontract agreementsEstablish, communicate, and implement project schedules and milestonesManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingAnalyze project reports to ensure adherence to budget and schedule objectivesLead project meetings and coordinate all project stakeholdersManage procurement activities and subcontractor buyoutsOversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control programIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide leadership during contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and change order managementEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
