Job Description

The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.

  • Lead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes
  • Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractor
  • Demonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projects
  • Stable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizations
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk management
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
