With a robust pipeline of high-profile healthcare work on the horizon, including several major hospital projects, they are seeking an accomplished construction leader to oversee these critical assignments, drive project success, and serve as a key partner to clients, stakeholders, and project teams from preconstruction through completion.Job DescriptionCommercial Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:Provide overall project leadership while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of commercial construction projects.Lead the bidding process, develop bid packages, and manage subcontractor procurement to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule objectives.Facilitate and manage subcontractor and project team meetings, driving collaboration, issue resolution, and successful execution of project milestones.Review invoices, pay applications, and project documentation to support accurate financial tracking and timely project funding.Oversee cost reporting, contract administration, change orders, and scope management to maintain the financial performance and profitability of each project.Serve as the primary representative of the General Contractor during subcontract negotiations, building strong trade partner relationships while securing favorable contract terms.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
