Commercial Project Manager - Detroit Construction

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
