Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Lead project teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with retail, healthcare, church, or medical office projects preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a coachable, proactive attitude
  • Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous employers
