Job Description

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for commercial construction projects ranging from $500K-$20M.
  • Manage day‑to‑day coordination with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning including schedules, budgets, procurement, and change management.
  • Utilize Procore for documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clear and met.
  • Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and cost controls.
  • Prepare and deliver progress updates, project reports, and closeout documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects between $500,000-$20,000,000.
  • Hands‑on experience working directly with General Contractors and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in Procore project management software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments.
