Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution.
  • Coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties.
  • Track project financials and reporting using Microsoft Excel and project management software.
  • Collaborate with leadership and project teams to resolve challenges and maintain project objectives.
  • Support tenant fit-out and commercial construction initiatives across multiple project types.
  • Utilize Ingenious Build and other project management tools to maintain project visibility and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Approximately 7+ years of project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with tenant fit-out/interiors projects.
  • General Contractor (GC) experience.
  • Owner's Representative experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office environment and conduct site visits as needed.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
