Commercial Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
• Support the development of best practices to improve future project performance.
