This creates an environment where talented construction professionals can build long-term careers while working on meaningful and impactful developments.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Manage commercial, higher education, and institutional construction projects from planning through completionDrive project schedules, budgets, and overall project performanceLead project teams and foster collaboration between field and office personnelCreate and maintain project work plans, schedules, and cost forecastsManage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout activitiesDeliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budgetCoordinate architects, engineers, owners, consultants, and trade partnersReview drawings, specifications, and project requirementsMonitor project financials, costs, billings, and profitabilityCreate solutions and proactively resolve project challengesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationRun project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholdersMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
