Job Description



  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Manage commercial, higher education, and institutional construction projects from planning through completion
    • Drive project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
    • Lead project teams and foster collaboration between field and office personnel
    • Create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and cost forecasts
    • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout activities
    • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
    • Coordinate architects, engineers, owners, consultants, and trade partners
    • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
    • Monitor project financials, costs, billings, and profitability
    • Create solutions and proactively resolve project challenges
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
    • Run project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Proven experience managing ground-up commercial, education, or higher education construction projects
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $10M or greater
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project costs and forecasting
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and owners
