With a people-first culture and opportunities for employee ownership, the organization is committed to both client success and the long-term growth and engagement of its employees.Job DescriptionOversee all day-to-day field operations for Class A interior construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and alignment with project goalsDevelop, manage, and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving potential delaysEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations, fostering a strong safety culture on siteLead quality control efforts, including inspections and punch lists, to deliver high-end finishes that meet client and design expectationsCollaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless project executionManage site logistics in occupied or tenant-improvement environments, minimizing disruption to building occupants and neighboring tenantsReview construction documents and shop drawings, identifying discrepancies and driving timely resolutionsTrack and manage materials, deliveries, and equipment to ensure availability and proper installation sequencingMaintain accurate daily reports, jobsite documentation, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholdersSupport cost control efforts by monitoring labor productivity and helping to mitigate field-related cost impactsFoster strong relationships with clients, tenants, and trade partners, representing the company in a professional and solutions-oriented manner MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
