Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction work to maintain progress against project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to keep work aligned across trades.
  • Review project plans and specifications to guide field execution and resolve site questions.
  • Monitor workmanship and site conditions to maintain project quality standards.
  • Plan short-term work activities and communicate priorities to field teams.
  • Track construction progress and share clear updates with project stakeholders.
  • Identify site issues early and coordinate practical solutions that limit delays.
  • Maintain an organized jobsite and support safe, productive daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent - Growing Gc should have:

  • Experience overseeing commercial construction activities on active jobsites.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and sequencing work across multiple trades.
  • Ability to read and apply construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience tracking project schedules and addressing field issues.
  • Ability to monitor quality and communicate clear site updates.
  • Experience planning daily and short-term construction activities.
