Job Description

  • Lead field operations for a luxury retail interior construction project from mobilization through turnover
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate with project management, design teams, and ownership representatives
  • Drive project milestones while maintaining high-end finish standards and client expectations
  • Oversee punch list completion, inspections, and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent - Luxury Retail Interiors should have:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Background in luxury retail, hospitality, restaurant, or high-end interior projects
  • Strong understanding of finish-driven construction and schedule management
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and independently manage field operations
  • Stable career history with strong relationships throughout the South Florida market
