Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of experience running ground up projects from inception through completion
    • Experience on ground up builds $25MM+
    • Master scheduling experience required
    • Ability to be client facing and the face of the client
    • Strong communicator that can build strong relationships
    • Track record of delivering complex projects
    • Collaborative team member
    • Detail-driven
