Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Drive quality, safety, and productivity across the jobsite
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure project success
  • Resolve field challenges and maintain accurate project reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate subcontractors and crews
  • Proven ability to make confident decisions while maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Accountable, self-sufficient, and committed to delivering quality work
