Job Description

* Lead field operations on commercial construction projects valued at $30M+

* Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor performance

* Coordinate daily activities with project management teams, clients, and trade partners

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation standards, and project requirements

* Build strong client relationships while delivering successful project outcomes

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of construction experience, including Superintendent leadership responsibilities

* Stable career history with strong tenure at previous employers

* Experience delivering projects valued at $30M-$50M+

* Background in Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, grocery, big-box retail, or travel center projects preferred

* Strong communication skills and success within process-driven organizations

$125,000-$145,000 base salary + performance bonus
