Commercial/Retail Construction Project Manager

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with retail and commercial clients
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Lead project meetings and drive project execution
• Manage change orders, project financials, and risk mitigation
• Ensure project delivery aligns with quality and schedule expectations
