Job Description



  • Assist in managing daily quality activities across multiple construction disciplines
  • Support implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with standards
  • Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), submittals, and quality documentation
  • Coordinate and perform site inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
  • Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs)
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and document control systems
  • Liaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Commissioning Assistant, we are seeking:



  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects
  • Experience supporting quality programmes on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure builds
  • Familiarity with inspection processes, audits, and non-conformance tracking
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications (ASQ, AWS, NACE, or ISO auditor) are a plus
