Job Description

Assist in managing daily quality activities across multiple construction disciplines
Support implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with standards
Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), submittals, and quality documentation
Coordinate and perform site inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs)
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and document control systems
Liaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Commissioning Assistant, we are seeking:

5+ years of QA/QC experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects
Experience supporting quality programmes on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure builds
Familiarity with inspection processes, audits, and non-conformance tracking
Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across project teams
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications (ASQ, AWS, NACE, or ISO auditor) are a plus
