The organization fosters a collaborative culture, values professional growth, and empowers employees to take ownership of impactful work.Job DescriptionLead commissioning activities for new construction and retrofit projects, including functional testing, issue identification, and documentation.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify alignment with project requirements and design intent.Develop detailed commissioning plans and coordinate activities with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and facility representatives.Conduct on‑site system testing, equipment evaluations, and field investigations-often accessing equipment in challenging or high‑elevation locations.Produce clear, professional commissioning reports summarizing findings, deficiencies, and recommendations for stakeholders.Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and related building systems to resolve technical issues.Attend commissioning meetings, owner walkthroughs, system startups, and field demonstrations to validate performance.Support business development efforts through technical input for proposals, presentations, and interviews.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
