Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, event coordination, community engagement, recruiting, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating large groups of people
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project from planning through execution
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and managing participant data
  • Resourceful and proactive problem solver who can identify creative ways to engage participants
  • Experience working with local communities, events, fitness organizations, sports programs, or brand activations is highly preferred
  • Existing connections within the running, fitness, wellness, or athletic community are a strong plus
  • Ability to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure a seamless participant experience
  • Comfortable handling hands-on tasks, including operating a foot scanner, organizing materials, and supporting onsite testing events
  • Availability to work onsite in New York throughout the project

  • Proactive, resourceful, and creative when sourcing participants and solving problems.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and logistics simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and participant management skills.
  • Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities, including conducting foot scans, managing spreadsheets, organizing inventory, and event setup.
  • Confident building relationships across product, retail, merchandising, social media, and community teams.
  • Adaptable with a passion for fitness, sports, events, or community engagement.
  • Trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to make decisions independently and keep projects moving forward.
