Concrete Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction team to ensure project timelines are met.
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment to maintain productivity and minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards of concrete work.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used.
