Concrete Foreman

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Oversee the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and maintain productivity.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and control costs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
