Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Michigan and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile concrete projects coming up and an extensive backlog through 2030 and are looking for someone who can lead. This company has an incredible reputation across the Detroit area, known for their high-quality work and emphasis on work life balance.

Job Description

  • Managing self-perform concrete construction projects from $500K-$2M
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients
  • Create and maintain the master schedule
  • Assist in preconstruction planning
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
  • Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

The Successful Applicant

Must Have:

- Highschool diploma

- 3+ years minimum as a Project Manager

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in concrete construction

- Ability to run projects on their own and own 5-7 projects at a time

- Financial management skills to stay on top of deadlines and budgets

Nice to have:

- Bachelors degree in a construction element is ideal

- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- Specifically structural concrete, framework, finishing etc.
