Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure expectations are aligned and project needs are addressed quickly.
  • Bring a hands-on attitude with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience using Procore as a core project management tool.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, documentation, project sequencing, change orders, and financial tracking.
  • Contribute to early project planning efforts by assisting with estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with construction project coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools:
    • Procore-proficient is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
