Construction APM-Hospitality/Historic Restoriation-Bethesda MD

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the successful execution of multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
• Work closely with field Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Track outstanding action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project buyout activities.
• Partner with accounting teams on invoicing, payment processing, and financial tracking.
• Review project drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, and contracts to support project execution.
• Maintain accurate and organised project records within company systems and software platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
