For more than 20 years they have built a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional client service.Job DescriptionProject Management: Support the Director of Construction in managing residential construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.Schedule Management: Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.Team Leadership: Maintain regular communication with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.Safety Compliance: Escalate project concerns, safety issues, design questions, or client challenges to leadership when appropriate.Quality Control: Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation from project startup through final closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
