This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage Class A construction projects to successful completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction APM/PM should have:

  • Experience with managing Class A construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple teams and tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
