Construction Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Support the procurement process for materials and services needed for the project.
