Job Description

  • Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Support procurement processes, including ordering materials and managing deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to resolve challenges and optimize workflow.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Experience with construction project coordination or management.
  • GC experience working on new build or renovation experience
  • Project sizes ranging from $200k-$1M is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
