Construction Assistant Superintendent - Ground Up Grocery

• Assist in managing daily site operations for grocery and retail construction projects.
• Support the Superintendent in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Communicate updates and progress reports to the project management team.
• Support efforts to maintain a clean and organized construction site.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including change orders and daily reports.
