• Develop accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to assess project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and project budgets.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market prices, and construction methods relevant to healthcare projects.
