Known for delivering complex interior fit-outs and workplace construction projects, the firm has developed a reputation for quality execution, strong client relationships, and a team-oriented culture that promotes professional growth and long-term career development.Job DescriptionConstruction Commercial Interiors Estimator - Manhattan, NYPrepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates for commercial interior construction projects.Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate project budgets.Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews across multiple trades.Assist with value engineering initiatives and cost-saving recommendations.Work closely with project management and operations teams during preconstruction and turnover phases.Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and client presentations.Maintain subcontractor relationships and stay informed on market pricing trends.Evaluate project risks, logistics, and construction methodologies during the estimating process.
