• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Track and update cost changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Maintain and update a database of historical costs for future reference.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
