Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align estimates with project goals.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Monitor project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the construction process.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, including cost breakdowns and potential risks.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing and industry trends to support accurate estimating.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
