Job Description

    • Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
    • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements.
    • Review contracts, change orders, requests for information, and submittals.
    • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
    • Monitor project profitability, risk, quality, and safety performance.
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
    • Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentatio

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
