Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations on large-scale commercial, healthcare, and life science projects.
  • Lead and manage the Self-Perform Operations (SPO) team, ensuring quality execution of scopes such as concrete, steel, drywall, and finishes.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate and direct internal crews and subcontractors to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, estimators, and field staff to support project goals.
  • Contribute to strategic project delivery aligned with company growth in the Indianapolis region.
  • Utilize company systems and tools (P6, Vista, E2, MC2) to manage field operations and reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative, loyal team environment focused on long-term development.
  • Represent the company's values of transparency, professionalism, and deliberate project selection.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial, healthcare, or life science construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20M+ from start to completion.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills across field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety standards, quality control, and schedule management.
  • Proficiency with construction management tools such as P6, Vista, E2, and MC2.
  • Clear, consistent communication style with the ability to drive progress in the field.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to long-term team and project success.
  • Alignment with a transparent, growth-oriented culture focused on collaboration and repeat business.
