Founded by a veteran with nearly two decades of experience at leading general contractors, the company specializes in interiors construction including framing, drywall, carpentry, acoustical ceilings, painting, doors, and hardware installations.Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage 5-10 commercial interior construction projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $100K to $9 million in value.Schedule Management: Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.Team Leadership: Coordinate with field teams, clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.Safety Compliance: Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively mitigating risks, delays, and potential cost impacts.Quality Control: Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Documentation: Utilize project management and estimating software platforms, including Procore (preferred), and Bluebeam/OnScreen Takeoff where applicable.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
