Commercial Interiors Superintendent - Manhattan, NYC

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for luxury retail interior buildouts from mobilization through turnover.
• Manage subcontractors and sequencing to meet fast-track schedules and premium quality expectations.
• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with NYC regulations and building requirements.
• Coordinate finishes, millwork, specialty installations, lighting, and MEP systems critical to luxury retail environments.
• Conduct daily site walks, lead coordination meetings, and maintain detailed daily reports.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and brand representatives to resolve issues in real time.
• Manage punch lists and ensure flawless project closeouts aligned with brand standards.
