My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end renovation, restoration, and custom home projects throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest. This role offers full ownership of project execution, client relationships, field operations, subcontractor management, and project delivery from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Manage luxury residential renovation, remodeling, and custom home projects from start to finish
  • Oversee all onsite construction operations, subcontractors, trades, and carpentry teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, production plans, and milestone targets
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, homeowners, and field teams
  • Lead weekly production meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Manage site logistics, material procurement, deliveries, and inventory
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation including daily logs, photos, RFIs, meeting notes, and safety records
  • Act as the primary onsite representative, building strong relationships with clients and project partners
  • Drive exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction across every project

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction management, superintendent, or field leadership experience
  • Background in luxury residential construction, custom homes, renovations, or high-end remodeling preferred
  • Open to commercial or multifamily professionals with experience leading complex construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality control, and project execution
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience overseeing field operations, site logistics, and day-to-day construction activities
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
  • RRP Certification required
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented leader with a passion for craftsmanship and high-quality construction
