Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
