With a strong project backlog and continued expansion, the company offers long-term stability, career growth, and the opportunity to work on large-scale energy projects that directly impact the reliability of the power grid.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day construction activities for transmission line and substation projects ranging from 69kV-500kVCoordinate field execution with project managers, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and utility clientsMonitor project safety, schedule, quality, and construction productivityLead contractor meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination effortsEnsure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA standards, utility requirements, and project specificationsReview construction schedules, work plans, RFIs, change orders, and field reportsTrack project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholdersSupport commissioning, energization, and project turnover activitiesIdentify construction risks and help drive resolution to maintain schedule and budget objectivesTravel full-time between active project sites as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
