Construction MEP Superintendent - Bronx, NY

• Oversee all on-site MEP activities, with a focus on mechanical systems including boilers and critical infrastructure
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless installation and commissioning of building systems
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and inspections for MEP scopes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and NYC codes
• Work closely with project management teams to track progress, resolve field issues, and maintain quality standards
• Lead field coordination meetings and maintain detailed documentation and reporting
• Support commissioning, testing, and turnover of complex MEP systems in active healthcare environments
